Context and task
MTS voice services solve practical problems during calls, but a list of features alone does not show when they become useful.
Creative idea
Build every spot around a familiar moment when a call arrives at exactly the wrong time, while missing it is not an option.
How it worked
Each short script starts in a recognisable setting, including a gym, cinema, theatre, skating rink, party, workplace, shop or kitchen. Secretary, Call to Chat, call recording or transcription then resolves the situation without a long product explanation.
